Verification and transfer protocol
This protocol separates recipient authority, proof of domain control and the registrar's technical transfer procedure.

Initial inquiry
Contact transfer@donaldjtrump.nl. Do not send passwords, transfer codes, identity documents or other secrets by unsolicited email.

Verify legal identity and authority
The current registrant independently verifies that the proposed recipient is DTTM Operations, LLC, or another legal entity identified in writing by DTTM Operations, LLC or its independently verified legal counsel. Verification must use independently obtained official contact details. A display name, domain name, signature block or email message alone is insufficient.

Optional temporary DNS challenge
Only after authority is established, the verified recipient may supply a random, short-lived challenge. The current registrant may publish it at a dedicated DNS label and remove it after verification. This proves current control of donaldjtrump.nl only. It does not prove the recipient's identity, authority or entitlement.

Confirm scope in writing
The default scope is the donaldjtrump.nl domain registration only, at no cost and without consideration. Website content, source code, datasets, images, mailboxes, hosting, analytics and other accounts are excluded unless a separate signed document expressly includes them.

Use the registrar or registry process
The intended registrant and receiving registrar are distinct roles. The parties identify both in writing, then use the applicable registrar and .nl registry procedure. Sensitive codes are shared only through the verified transfer channel at the appropriate step.

Confirm completion
Completion is confirmed through registrar or registry records. Any temporary challenge is removed, the archived site is retired or replaced as directed by the new registrant, and no public endorsement or credit is implied.

Project materials and accounts
Content, code, data, images, hosting, email, analytics, repositories, credentials and other intellectual property or services.
